Not done one of these for a couple of weeks because some teams have been so late in telling everyone their results. But, we have a full set from the weekend, so here goes... There were three games last night, two of which ended up in 5-0 road wins. Peterborough continue to struggle to find the form that took them to 3rd place in the league last season, going down 5-0 to Chelmsford. James was chased from the Islanders net at the end of the first period after letting three goals in. To be fair, they did come from 21 shots, though. Coincidentally, 21 was also the number of shots that Long faced the whole game to record his shut-out. Invicta continue to wait for their first win of the season after London left the Gillingham Ice Bowl with both points from another 5-0 win. Invicta actually outshot Racers 44-32, with Drew Campbell recording a hat-trick for the visitors. Slough claimed a tight 2-1 home win over Cardiff. Miller was pulled with 2 minutes left in the game to help Devils find the equaliser, but Milton held tight in the Jets net. The win raises Jets to third in the table, leapfrogging the idle Pitbulls.
