Not entirely finished but heres a WIP which has been inspired by many of the fantastic creative posts here. This model is based a metaphor of the earth, convection currents and how those cycles/tectonic activity lead to volcanic eruptions. Im hopefully going to in a four direction cross like in the original mindful spot/other diagrams and draw on the awesome labels from Stig Helweg-Jørgensenne with the appetitive/aversive response axis (which is awesome!). I tried to incorporate this earlier but it looked too cluttered so Ill have to rework it a bit. I people mentioning including learning history so Im imaging something like a pole piercing the centre of the sphere labelled learning history (so everything before and up to the point of intersection is the history up to the present and it comes out the other side signifying their learning future).
