Not every post can be inspiring. Why does my Corolla smell so bad? Ok, so I left a bag of hot garbage to steam in the trunk on a sunny day. Some of Sawyer’s best by-products were in that bag. But that was weeks ago. I have since driven with the trunk open and windows down for days. A three-pack of vanillaroma air fresheners lie completely expired on the floor. In my desperation, I even tried vacuuming (I stress tried; I couldn’t find the upholstery attachment). I know my boys roll in the dirt and occasionally step in chicken poop, but this is ridiculous. And this isn’t exactly a bloodhound nose. I am mortified at the thought of giving someone a ride in my chariot. My dog doesn’t even want to get inside- he would rather run along beside the car. And he chooses to sleep in a kennel covered with chicken crap and stuffed with filthy rags and parts of deer carcasses. Did someone put a dead fish under my seat?
