Transformational change requires the willingness to risk what has worked in the past to introduce a new leadership era. You do not need to wait for others to change or hope that others will wake up and transform. Each of us have the power to influence change beyond slogans, mandates and programs-of-the-month. Instead of the fire or ice challenge, I am issuing a leadership challenge to get off the sidelines and accomplish extraordinary results in the criminal justice profession and the communities we serve. Stop convincing and start enlisting.
