Not good. From last year. Glad no one was on their boat taking a nap! The cement carrier Cyprus Cement had accident in the marina of Levanger caving collision with several pleasure boats, caused by bow thruster failure. The cargo ship crushed 10-15 boats into the marina in the Norwegian city, trying to leave the port. The vessel had a tug assistance during the maneuvering, but unfortunately due to the delayed reaction was not able to stop its speed. The marina, docks and several boats were damages seriously but fortunately there were no seriously injured people during the accident. The police and fire department started cleaning of the damages over the port, which were valued of more than 1 million Norwegian crowns. The cement carrier Cyprus Cement was trying to leave the port in spite of the accident, but was stopped by the Coast Guard and detained for inspection and investigation for the collision.
