Not long ago I posted about how my friends constantly post articles that only support their own opinions. I figured I should follow suit. I apologize for the cheesy picture. This article actually is more balanced than my opinions about the subject tend to be, so I will use that as an excuse as to why I am not falling into the trap that I recently accused most of my friends of falling into :) I would post an article about how running is bad for knees, but I have yet to find one that is both recent and credible. well.blogs.nytimes/2013/09/25/why-runners-dont-get-knee-arthritis/
