Not many of you should become teachers, my brethren, for you know - TopicsExpress

Not many of you should become teachers, my brethren, for you know that we (teachers) will be judged by a high standard and with greater severity (than other people: thus we assume the greater accountability and the more condemnation) (James 3:1) (Amplified Bible). In this topic: Know why religion or denomination won`t save anybody, except the truth one knows that is capable of saving the person. It is good to notice that what we are trying to achieve through this means is to create the awareness on why there are too many religions, and also why it has seemed that God is not responding to His words/promises as He ought to. Without sounding controversial here, it is good to mention just these two things that do motivate people to establish religion. The chief among them is the “Hardness of the Heart.” This is an individual`s effort to resist what God had said in His Word. And the second one is “Ignorance of the Truth.” In general, people do think that the way of God is too hard, and with this depraved/degenerated mind they will go out to establish their own kind of religion so to make the way easy for everybody. And unknown to them; they would still be thinking that they are going to get the same maximum results which God had for them that would kindly and humbly obey Him. Here is the truth: “God had sacrificed His only begotten Son Christ Jesus so that nobody should appease Him with sacrifice or kind words just like the pagan gods, but by living and walking with Him through faith.” But without faith it is impossible to please God: for he that comes to Him must believe that He is existing, and that He is a Re-warder of them that diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments: and His commandments are not grievous (1John 5:3). The reader should understand that we have said before that the chief reason why we have too many religions is as the result of the hardness of heart. And as one follows what we have said so far, the person will equally discover that every known truth that would have made people to be humble in their service to God has been revealed in the Bible. And we have started with where the Word of God says: (1) Not too many of you should become teachers and the consequence was made known, and yet…. (2) The Word of God recommended “Faith and Diligence” from the book of Hebrews chapter eleven verse six. It did not say that temporary service to God carries rewards, but persistence! (3) And finally, we read that if we say that we love God, then we must obey His commandments. And the reason is that we may continue to think that the way of God is too hard to follow (His commandments are not grievous for us); But He knows better than we do and it`s only in keeping His commandments shall we find peace and rest for our souls. 28 Come unto Me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you, and LEARN of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and My burden in light (Mathew 11:30). We will proceed to give details in harmony with what we have been trying to lay down in the hearts of those who have been following this topic. But there is one thing we would love the reader to observe here before every other thing. And that is how consistence the Word of God has been. Somebody should read from the top again, and see that both the clergies and the lay people are just rebellious to the Word of God. And someone could follow the message to discover that both the clergies and the lay people were all seeking helps where they cannot find any help. Imagine what should happen if and when every one of us is to engage ourselves to listen and reason with God through this invitation. Come unto Me, and learn of Me. Obey My commandments if you love. Seek Me diligently and by faith, until you find rest for your soul. Let`s read to our understanding and let the sweats of hard labor cease on their own!
