Not my ark to steady but if it were: I would expand Seminary to include Jr. Seminary for grades 5-8, or even younger. Now that statehood is no longer at issue, I would build a parochial LDS school system throughout the Southwestern United States and in all major US and world cities. Also, I would integrate game design and development into CES and the missionary department to work hand in hand with all other AV production and to fully embrace all the technology the Lord has allowed to come forth to hasten the work. I would begin aggresively expanding the BYU university system to allow many many more YSAs the opportunity to go. I would do these things and a dozen other things and make them a very high priority. But these are moot points. Nobody cares what I think, in or out of the Church.
