Not my day in the end. Lost 8-21 21-17 21-16 to Nan Wei from Hong Kong. I started out great, but at 7-4 up in the second I seemed to lose a little bit of focus and discipline, something he capitalized on straight away. From that point on it was an uphill battle where I was constantly on the back foot. Im of course disappointed with this loss as I feel like I had a good chance, but there is no excuse, I just didnt play well enough for a long enough period of time, so my opponent was more consistent than me. What is positive about this tournament for me, is the fact that this 2nd round result was enough to secure my place in the Destination Dubai Superseries Finals in December. Im very excited to be part of that event and hopefully I can finish my best year to date with another good ousting :) Thanks for the support as always. Really appreciate it. /HK
