Not necessarily about Edzell but...a few days ago we drove down from where we live in Port Richey Florida to the town of Dunedin which is located between Palm Harbor and Clearwater Florida. This was the first time we went, but not the last. Dunedin was founded by Scottish immigrants and you can definitely feel the influence. From the street names to the Celtic shop that sold real tartans and authentic sweeties and even Haggis, Bridies, and assorted bangers and sausage. We decided to try a Mexican Restaurant and our waitress was from Ayrshire! Was awesome to hear the accent again. The only thing missing was an authentic Fish and Chip Shop and a place to get a real Bar Lunch. Would be an awesome addition to this little town.
