Not necessarily my greatest work (as close analysis will reveal) but I played a bit of a part in proof reading Nikkis autobiography. Heres a CD he gave me with an early draft that, on opening earlier, I discover includes the opening chapter that never was. I recall him being encouraged to spice it up a little so we have an opening scene of Nikki, the morning after a gig, indulging in some of the pleasurable activities that go hand in hand with being a travelling rock musician. I suspect I need say no more. The chapter then develops in to a list of some of the many girls (Too Many Girls) he has known, when and where...... Ultimately discretion and, dare I say, common sense got the better of him and this never saw the light of day. How much am I bid? (I jest of course.....)
