Not often I throw my workouts up but this little gem inspired by a convo with Eddie and Dave at work this am....... All sets with 30s rest Atlantis Chest Press 15x15 Incline DB Press (now Ive had a mental block on the name of these so if anyone can remind me) heel of the hand is on the outside of the dumbell and its a press/flye hybrid. 15x15 Standing Cable Flyes 15x15 Total workout time 48mins Smashed in!
