Not only is sugar addiction an epidemic that leads to excess weight but many people dont realize that sugar creates inflammation of every area of the body, right down to the cellular level. It is inflammation that causes illness and disease, especially Alzheimers Disease and Cancer. In fact, sugar is what cancer cells need to survive, so if you have cancer, you are feeding it when you ingest sugar. The food industry is much more interested in profit over the health of people, as is the pharmaceutical industry.
