Not posting this to be polemical, and Id qualify a couple of the points that he makes and push him to be a little more nuanced in his analysis (its the history teacher in me!) but Im offering it here for food for thought (because as UWCers, were pretty good at thinking, I hope), simply as a different way to think about what is going on in Israel and Palestine. Not a right way, or a wrong way, but a different way. Lets keep any comments clean; i.e. respectful, factually based, avoid sweeping generalizations, polemics etc. Ill go out on a limb here and say most of us got stellar liberal arts educations, lets put those carefully, and very expensively honed communication skills to use. huffingtonpost/ali-a-rizvi/post_8056_b_5602701.html
