Not quite the smackden It looked like in the dark, but our hotel has one of those lifts with the sliding lattice doors that moves at a glacial speed. The corridors are bare cement render and gloomy. Our room looks like the kind of place ISIS would keep hostages in. On the plus side the aircon works as it is super humid in Bangkok and we will be out of here in a few hours to continue the long trek home. One flight done, four more to go. Bangkok to Mumbai, to Abu Dhabi, to Manchester then the last and hairiest the 40min aerobatic show to Ronaldsway.
