Not really job related, just a couple of questions for experienced Doorman. In one of the venues im currently working in we have recently decided to keep a log of every incident that arises e.g. Assualts, injuries, searches and other incidents. Keeping record of time/date of the incident and Doorstaff present ect.. Now, can you write down peoples names who were involved or would that be breaching the Data Protection Act? Next question, are door supervisors allowed to carry legal pepper spray for self defence? Thank You in advance.
