Not really too sonic related, but i was watching this interesting video here, regarding fanbases and if they ever ruined a franchise for you. Just would like to ask, has anything from the Sonic fanbase has ever put you off a bit or made you kinda uncomfortable of being a fan in the slightest, but still enjoy Sonic for what it is and where its at now? Cos Ill be honest here, Im a sonic fan, grew up with the old games, the tv shows, the comics(in a way), and played most of the modern games and that. But I wouldnt call myself the a true fan, or the numero uno fan. Im a fan cos Sonic was my childhood, and at the age of 23 and in future I still will be of course. But when it comes to what i see from the fanbase sometimes I like to distance myself from it, no offence to anyone, Ive met some cool people here and i respect peoples opinions on a certain aspect of Sonic. As for what the franchise is now in the present, Im quite happy with it. I know back then he had his downfall back in 2006 and with Sonic Boom for the Wii U(although I never played it but seen videos of it and read some reviews), but hey, every franchise has its ups and downs. And Sonic Boom(the show) is quite good show, and have no problem with the redesigns and looking forward to what Sonic Runners will be like and the rumoured new game. Just want to give my thoughts about it and feel free to comment what you think. Sorry this was a bit long of a message lol
