Not sure how I missed this news, but PDXs ramen scene is about to get a big upgrade as Biwa, my longtime fave Izakaya joint, announces their new dedicated ramen shop Noraneko, just down Water Ave from Boke Bowl. Ive enjoyed watching ramen take off over the last 7 years in our town, and Im definitely stoked on this new offering from Portlands first real ramen supporters.
