Not sure how much of a success I will be at this, but it seems my Dr seems to think that since I quit smoking ( I am now a vapor for 19 months) I have added a couple of pounds, lol sooo she has put me on a diet. I also have to watch my cholesterol as my good and bad are very high! So I have to take a pill Lipitor for that, and for the diet I am on a regimen of a 1/2 pill of phentermine 37.5mg in the morning for the 1st week, and 1 pill of topamax 25 mg every night on week 1, 2 every night week 2 and 3 a night week 3, then go to a 100 mg and back to 1 a night. I started this on Thursday night July 25th, and so far I have lost 4 pounds, now we all know the 1st 5lbs is generally water weight, so join me on my journey of pain to take off 45 to 50 lbs of unwanted weight and excess fluffiness!!! It should be very interesting to say the least!!
