Not sure if anyone can follow this....? The U.S. Military and National Guard are under oaths to the Constitution of the United States and fall under federal guidelines and discipline. The U.S. Military is bound by Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 and can’t be used to fight for state law. The Governor of the State can’t use the National Guard unless it violates the Constitution of the United States, or he or she becomes the rebel themself. Which in turn, takes the National Guard and pretty much hands them more in the defense of the rebels who are really Union troops…
