Not sure if goats milk soap would be no-poo or lo-poo but my hair looks and feels awesome! After 10+ of bleaching and dyeing it every color under the sun, 3.5 years ago I buzzed it all off and have been no poo with BS and ACV since. Lately this winter Ive noticed lots of spilt ends and very dry, flyaway static-y hair. I decided to lay off the BS and I switched to goats milk soap with an ACV rinse about two weeks ago. I also did a banana/honey/milk mask about a week ago. Hopefully Ive found a method that will work for the rest of winter!
