Not sure if this is the place to post, so if its not allowed please delete. Ive lived in fairmont for over a year now. There are these two hound dogs that are tied out 24/7. They live in a pen on chains and Ive never seen their owner interact with them. They bark all the time and you can hear him yell shut the **** up and slam the door. My reason for posting is they do have plastic dog houses, but the one is flipped on its side. It has been for over a week through all of this cold. Ive called animal control with no response. I dont want to knock on their door because honestly it makes me nervous. I also havent walked up to the actual fence because Im scared to go on the property, however its right next to an ally so you can get pretty close. Is there anything anyone can do? I dont know if Im over reacting, but I feel horrible about it. The one has been howling the whole last hour... thanks.
