Not sure what caused this news to pop up again today. As I sad - TopicsExpress

Not sure what caused this news to pop up again today. As I sad weeks and months ago, the argument of the EU requiring the unbundling of production and transportation is correct. What is not correct is the interpretation with regard to ownership. As I said before, Germany serves as an example for that. The Southwestern energy producer EnBW is 100% owner of its own network wile others chose to sell their network. It is all a matter of organizational separation and unbundling of information. Also posted here were the provisions of Gazprom to found a separate transport company with participation of local companies along the way. The EU sabotage thus does not hold. Gazprom should take the EU to court.
