Not sure what it takes to convince the City of Stirling that they need to visit this family. Snap send and Solve is not something that they accept as they have clearly stated before. At 5.30 in the morning of Australia Day I would doubt that their rangers would want to come visit the perpetrators. The registration number is 1CMJ 372. Usually there is a black Ford Territory parked on the other side of this car also blocking off access to PWDs and people pushing prams etc. This is on Powell street in Joondanna, WA.
