I have transcribed the audio.. here it is: intel is coming from 2nd in command of NE GA Chapter through a FEMA High Level Contact: FT. Bliss FT. Hood Defcon 1 Full Alert - Passing out side arms and long arms, advising all civilians to leave post immediately, calling all off duty personnel back to post and all mobile units activated; 11 Fema Operatives out of DC called out of meeting in DC to be airlifted to Little Rock AFB orders unknown at time; Little Rock AFB taking control of transportation of DOT, DHS and FEMA orders down to Houston, High Priority Level 1 Alert for imminent BioHazard attack on Houston planning for multiple casualties. SC State Guard intercepted transmission LA, Atlanta, and NY possible targets as well, intel being confirmed thru Intelligence officer within Military, Fema contact at high level, DHS Fed Intel Agent and ARC. Preparing for mj bio-terrorism attack. 2 canisters still missing from SC last weekend, 2 subjects at large possibly in route to Houston. FAlse intel coming out of Ft. Hamilton, NYC and Albany, NY, confirm before taking action on any intel from these sources. Military intel ofc has advised if you have a bug-out plan or security plan to implement it immediately. This intel also could be diversion to sw or se to open up the ne or nw.
