Not sure what to do about my neighbor..Their 3 year old is outside day and night unsupervised. She is not real developed sociaiy or verbally, Mom and Dad argue all the time..to the point I told them one day to take it in the house,I no longer was going to listen to this. Tonight their 3 year old was outside unsupervised and sitting on top of their car! Then she then came over to our house and Daylen wanted to play..but I dont want to feel like I am the babysitter so I took her home. We have taken her home and told her parents that they need to watch her a little closer. Taylor almost hit her with her car because she just came running into the driveway! What is the next step? Please Help with any suggestions!
