Not surprisingly quiet a LeAF tonight.Tom helping with the coaching and keeping everyone going.Hannah and Danielle did a weight stack circuit and followed up with medicine ball in the gym next door.Went well.Ryan and Tom P worked together on a squat then clean combination and followed up with bench and seated press.Had some fun as well .A challenge type thinge.LOL.Rob warming up for the sportBU session with Charlotte and Chloe doing finishing touches to preparations for the weekend.Charlotte,PaulS Dan E came on to UNI and did a fair bit of work really.We did a C&J out of racks with clean to follow.Paul and Dan hit 105kg and Rob did a nice squat jerk with 110kg.Dan (100kg) and several guys and girls from Uni were in and looked rather tidy l thought.Rosi and Jess did squats ,deadlift and then C&J with help from Charlotte and others.Improving already and getting the hang of it.Well done all. NO uni session tomorrow as we set up for the weekend.Will be at LeAF from around 3.30pm setting up.Help welcome.PaulR
