Not that this is a new scenario, but here is the common C5 Corvette hydraulic clutch actuator issue causing low engagement height, sticking clutch pedals and hard to shift. If you look closely, you can see the anti bearing rotation dowel on the actuator has worn through the trough on the bearing, hanging the bearing and making it stick on the actuator. I released it from being stuck in the last picture. One of the several reasons we get away from factory hydraulics on hotrod cars, and go with complete #QuarterMaster clutch systems with their own dedicated bullet - proof hydraulics. This is a SCCA SuperStock car, so back in with the OEM hydraulics.
