Not the update I was hoping to report. My urine test results show I am suffering from severe preeclampsia. The doctors advise me to maintain in hospital patient care. I have a 45 minute to hour commute to the hospital and they worry about complications. I could have a stroke, seizure, spike in blood pressure, lose my vision or major distress to the baby could happen. They want me here to be closely monitored and mine/babys health maintained by doctors/nurses. I am in complete shock over things because to every good report there is a not so good report. My optimism waivers but I need to trust in the hospitals care. For now my BPs are good and the baby is good. I will receive ultrasounds and Doppler scans frequently to watch Hayden closely. They hope to get me to 34 weeks before they deliver. I am anxious over long hospital stay but I know its where I need to be. If you want to visit please let me know, I would love that! I am at MacDonald Womens Hospital at University Hospitals in Cleveland (University Circle) Please continue those prayers coming...I find comfort in them and hearing calls, texts, comments etc....from you all! I am trying my best to stay positive, I thought when I first got here urgently Monday night I would already have delivered but they are working on me staying pregnant as long as we can for a stronger healthy boy.
