Not the way I had planned on spending my PTO. Back spasms throughout the night. Randy has ordered me no lifting. I guess I am going to have to strip my purse down. No climbing to clean out cabinets, working in the yard, shampooing carpet, washing car etc. Lots on my long list I will not be able to mark off and I have not had a day off since December that I have not had an appointment scheduled. I love going and doing things, there is just not enough time in a day for me to do everything I want to do, but I am blessed. Bio Freeze is in my day! Everyone have a wonderful day!
