Not to hide behind scripture or post in order to get some commentary, I am simply placing this before my eyes to let it filter in like morning light. A dear life long friend over the phone encouraged me not to worry because he has me and even if I dont feel or even believe he has me he does. In the book, Gods Astounding Opinion of You, Ralph talks about the reality of already being complete in him, a new creation, a new mind. This is something I was realizing this morning that I do not have to produce what God has already produced or created. Odd, that I still persist to think I can do something already finished on the cross. The idea that I am totally acceptable to God does not come easy for me. Some people might even add to the accusation that I lack belief. The Prosecutor, the flesh, and the enemy are in a fierce fight, and I think at times it is my fight. If somehow, I can just overcome the flesh, I will have victory, but I fail. I am not sure why I am posting this but if you are struggling in your mind like I have been, maybe this will help us to feel we are not alone. ~Bruce~
