Not to sound cynical but if truth matters at all, then here is what is inherently wrong about the prevailing vain man-made traditions: It is urged upon the world that the Savour was somehow born in December 25th - the day of the pagan festival of Saturnalia, which has come down to us as Christmas. Let us unpack this pack of lies... First of all, the Saviours name is not Jesus but YAHUSHA. Secondly, He was not born at Christmas nor Saturnalia but more than likely at the Feast of Tabernacles. It is an insult to reason to even suggest that the calendar of Rome has any sort of recognition in the Scriptural narrative. So now that the revelling, debauchery and drunkenness of Christmas has all but passed on, in a few days time the world will once again be dazzled by pyrotechnic displays signalling the end of one pagan year and the beginning of yet another. They call this particular pagan festival, New Years Day - another time for merry-making. The two-headed pagan God Janus, from whom the first month of the pagan year is named, is the one who is honoured by this festival. His two heads represent the continuum of time - as he looks back into the past with one head and into the future with another. This is also an insult to reason because the TRUE New Year begins in the Spring with the first month being the month of Abib (meaning green ears, which is what we see in nature as everything springs up in lash green with life). This is consistent with the record of Creation wherein everything was made. Alas, Satan exalts that the world has all but ditched the truth as it is written in the Scriptures and gone after the ways of which he is author...since he boasted that he would be worship as the Most High and as it occurs, those who ignore the truth as written in the Scriptures choose Satan as their ultimate. It is all vanity!
