Not too bad at 230 lbs....holding a ton of water weight (maybe a lil fat too lol ;-) but still pretty lean....197.5 lbs in Oct 4th, now Oct 22nd almost 3 weeks later 230lbs! Still keeping cardio in off season (not making the same mistake of 2012 and totally stopping cardio)....not time to be shredded and peeled(not proper environment to grow muscle,too depleted) now its time to train heavy, fix weak points, & make GAINS GAINS GAINS! Next year Ill have the biggest back & legs on stage!!!
