Not too long ago, Anonymous from Unity Technologies told me what if...SEGA decides to make the Dreamcast Dev Procedure like @Ouya? He said, he believes that SEGA must continue manufacturing Dreamcast consoles and make it officially open/easy to indies and other developers. (Few years ago SEGA released a limited series of Dreamcasts in Japan for the release of a special game) Unity man was certain that DC can return from grave and turn into an undying legend, well...one can dram, cant?
