Not wanting to start a political debate on Facebook, BUT I am fed up with hearing and reading the excuse from people on voting, I didnt vote because I dont know enough about/agree enough with any of the parties. No, you didnt vote because you couldnt be arsed to either walk a few hundred metres to mark a piece of paper or bother to spend an hour or so reading the policies of the parties. So many people watch the trendy Russell Brand/Paxman interview and label Brand a genius and think hes so right. Sorry, right about what? If you didnt vote because you dont know enough about the parties in an election, how can you suddenly say what is right and wrong about voting and political parties? The reason UKIP have done so well is because sadly, the people that believe in their policies actually bothered to vote for them. Take an interest in the people offering to represent and run your country rather than hiding behind this pathetic veil labeled, politics isnt for me.
