Note: I changed my profile picture because my mood is recently up and down. Why? @ Why there are a lot of fraudulent all over North America, including Canada????? Through my experiences. I have had few bad experiences about the phone line service. Here are some examples that I been dealing with. First of all, about 4 years ago. I got a phone call from a a cable & phone: Internet service. After passed 10 minutes through our conversation; a sale marketing lady asked which languages do I speak? At the end of the conversation. I denied to take the service from this company, because she couldnt understand my English. Three months later, I got another phone call from the same company. Offering me a decent promotion as all cables as including Internet, TV cable, and basic home phone at $79+ $40 for activation service, and plus tax. Surprisingly, my first bill was not what they offered to me, but the actual price was $107 (package) + $40 activation fee + 13 federal tax? (Of course I had called in and asked and got my $79/month back, but at first I have to pay $107 package anyway? WTH) ///Later in several months I had to increased my internet GB because it wasnt enough to entertained my family members, so my service from that company increased to $96/months Well! Life is always teasing me well. About over two years ago, I decided to move to another town (where I am now) I called to all services to gave them notices of my new address, included the cable company. Wow! Before I moved they offered me to bring my cable with me, and still on the same promotion that I had. I was so happy from their service that provided to me! But! WTF! My bill increased to $125/month, and before they can send the first bill to me, it was already 2 months bill. $125+$125= 250 + late payment+ $25 activation fee to the new place, and + 13% federal tax, Damn. /// I called to complained and asked why my bill increased from $79/m to $125/m? The only answer I got was the new place is not the same area as the old place? Grrrrrrr,,, BSH! Its the same area code! I was even wondered of the employees from this company are living in the same province as I am? Why dont they know, its the same area all along) Finally, I got offered $107/m what can I do? Only take it. Well, again and again! Later 3 months in 2012, finally I moved in to the house where I am now. After was waiting for it at by renting a twin house for 3 months. Again, wherever I go have to call to move, change my identities IDs address, and again including the cable. 😫🔫 Again. My bill came up the same story $125 package+ 25 activation fee+ 40 for the service????? ///I called again and asked, but was realized that in Canada. All cable and Internet companies are having several departments to serve customers such as. TV cable Department, Home phone & Internet department, Sales Department, Costumer Relation Department, and billing Department? In sant/ before you can finish your dealing with them, on each company, you gotta go through a few different departments, but the bottom line. My bill was the same amount. Furthermore, while I was dealing, and end up with cancel the service. There was so biter by fighting with the sale representative, the manager department plus extra changed in the month that I was no longer their customer. FU Bell They had made my credit gone bad and call me three time and two times per day from the Credential Department. // I am sharing this story to tell you guys who living in North America. The first problem is a significant clue. So cancel the shit OUT OF YOUR bill, before it further nasty actions like mine.
