Note for anyone who might send me private messages here on FB: No, I wont be downloading and installing FBs new messenger app, not only because of the unnecessary amount of control it requires over our phones, but mostly because its merely a silly laziness that prevents them from continuing to support messaging in the main app. As an advocate of good software design, I just cant condone such silliness. So if you need to communicate with me privately, email is better than FBs messaging, since I can now only use their messaging when Im at a computer, rather than on my phone as we all used to enjoy before they decided to become silly. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it certainly wasnt my choice. FB isnt giving any of us a choice in this at all, other than to stop using their messaging.
