Note to self: Be careful who is allowed in your delivery room! Because when contractions hit you will grab the hand of anyone near you! I need to be able to trust the hands that are around me. I need those in the room to understand the intensity of my pain without judging the loudness of my screams! Someone who understands what it takes to bear down and push screaming and crying. Someone apparently who has been in a delivery room before themselves. I dont need a novice as a chief midwife or physician. His voice is critical in my process! #midwifery101
