WAIT and go to sports massage instead of Asian pressure point masseuse whose handiwork will create polka dot bruising 6. Do NOT apply heat to the knot as co-worker suggests and wear heat patch while you sleep. 7. DO apply ICE. 8. Be THANKFUL for sick days to lie flat on your back 8. GET the cortisone shot! 9. DO NOT REPEAT. Mayhem lives!
