Note to self: dont comment on how light weights are when doing a PT session with Jude. My body aches !! x This is a text I received this morning from a PT client that I had yesterday morning! Recently, he has been working with BIG weights for some of the biggest muscles of the body. But yesterday, we seriously downsized the weight range and worked the smaller, less dominant muscles.....and going by this text, it was very effective! Your body was designed to move in a variety of directions so when you are training, keep this in mind. Be dynamic, multi directional and use a variety of equipment, your own body included in that!
