Note to sister. The cupcakes are lovely, will be finishing off the rest when I get home. Light and fluffy cupcakes are desired, however, heavier and more dense cupcakes are preferred. Reason being that light and fluffy cupcakes are deemed suitable for public distribution resulting in rationing! This is unacceptable! Heavier and dense cupcakes are not suitable for export, but is considered suitable for local use! Shuaad Manuel
