Notes from Bible Study II Timothy 2:15 (Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.) 1 Know the Story (it’s not stories) 2 understand the characters character 3 take small bites (you will be able eat a lot more) 4 Understand the melody (some things are repeating over and over for a reason) 5 Be on the lookout for uncommon parts (this just might be a bridge, only used once but ties everything together) Look at your hands Left/Old Testament and Right/New Testament and on each hand are 5 fingers. The word, just like your hand, can be divided into even smaller bites. When you can divide the word with this kind of simplicity, you will have a much tighter grip on this thing that has gripped you. "come and share The Lord with us"
