The awesome metal mob, who will be supporting The Pretty Reckless on the road next week, are releasing the track on December 1 through Eleven Seven Records. Singer Jonny Hawkins says: “There is music that empowers ignorance and there is music that challenges it… We strive to create the latter. Though MTV’s degradation from music-mecca to fast-food entertainment is laughable, what is not is the narcissistic, materialistic, bull-shit eating cycle that we are all victims of and contributors to. Bands have sung about “Sticking it to the man” and slamming corporations for years but a revolution with no solution is nothing more than a societal temper tantrum. Mr. MTV is about manning up to this illusion by changing ourselves.
