Nothing again but the same old, ranching and staying busy. Today we just bought some hay, salt blocks, and. Mineral block for the livestock from Napi,which is located at the junction. Chased a couple bulls away too, which to my understanding are suppose to be pinned up like stud horses. People really need to watch and take care of their animals. Than they had the trail ride from Kayenta to tuba city fair, which we missed this year: good thing I guess. I heard that they rode to protest the round up of horses on the reservation..., OK. they had a group of riders that had a horse die on them in red lake, across the highway from the store and they just left the poor dead horse there. they rode through the parade protesting and saying horses are sacred. Wow! You leave a animal dead on the side of the rode and not do a thing??? What the hell kind of horseman are you or a livestock owner? I am for the round up because I am a rancher and I dont need other horses or cows from other district in my range, on my ranch, bothering my livestock and we here at JFH ranch take care of our own daily. So it is hard to lose a horse or any livestock we care for. Its another thing to ride one to death and go preaching about protesting about the round up or treatment of livestock when you leave one for dead on the side of the road.
