Nothing better illustrates our family than the hilarity that ensued after reading Brown Bear, Brown Bear. Rosalie *comes in dragging the long-suffering cat in her arms*: Bunnnyyyyy Dan: Thats a cat. Rosalie: Hi dog. Rowan *In a low, bumbling voice*: White light white light what do you see? I see a pumpkin looking at me. All of us: Pumpkin, pumpkin what do you see? Rowan *in his low garbled voice*: I see a pizza looking at me. Lilianna: WHAT?! All of us: Pizza, pizza what do you see? Me: Okay Lilianna you pick. What does the pizza see? Lilianna *looks at the book*: I see a brown bear looking at me. Me *rolls eyes and opens the book again*: Brown bear, brown bear, what do you see? (This is the very beginning of the book if you didnt know. Shes very practical.) Dan: Wait, I can recite that without looking. Test me. All of us: I see a red bird looking at me! I kind of liked Rowans improved version, though. :D
