Nothing better than working with folks that honor their WORD! Since Im a business owner, I meet a lot of people who experienced my services and say Im gonna tell my_________(fill in the blank) about doing some business with you. Years ago I would think that they were sincere and get a little anxious and excited about talking to a potential client only to be let down because no one called from that contact. That taught me to take what they say at face value and continue to do a GREAT JOB for ALL my clients no matter if someone else calls or not. Continue to give clients more than whats on the contract and if theyre happy, Im satisfied. This weekend my cousin, who I love, came to visit my shop for the first time. She loved the space and was so proud. I felt the love! Her husband said Im gonna tell my __________ about doing business with you. and because I hear this all the time my response was standard. Well I just got a call from him and the coordinator and I am submitting a proposal at this moment. Now this doesnt mean Ill get the contract but at least I can say with conviction HES A MAN OF HIS WORD! We need more people like that. That do what they say they will do. If I get the contract I promise I wont let you down! P.S. Cuz...You got a Good One!!
