Nothing feels as good as throwing some weights around when you are stressed! I needed this one... Set the timer for 30 seconds work, no rest, for 54 rounds. Cycle through the exercises, resting for 1:30 in between each set. Any exercises you feel uncomfortable with- just swap them out for something else! I did not make this one up and Im not sure where its from (maybe the Training Room because most of them come from there). Swing Burpees Snatches (alternate hands for a total of 3 rounds R and 3 rounds L) Mountain climbers High pulls Thruster Its a tough one, but a really good one! Thrusters are one of my favorite exercises because it combines a deep squat with an overhead press and you really feel it working everything! Remember to squeeze your core as you press the weight overhead and you will absolutely feel it in your abs. I have found that nothing works your core like lifting weight over your head. Two more days until the weekend...make em good!
