"Nothing in my hands I bring; simply to Thy cross I cling." These words from the hymn, "Rock of Ages" describe a doctrine that religion knows nothing about. We are set right before God, not through any merit of our own, but God offers that we may be set right with Heaven through our total trust in Him, and our complete dependence upon Jesus Christ. Then as those who are set right with God we live lives that blossom in the fruit of having been set right with Him. Not the greatest energy of human thought can save one sinner from Hell, but only through the cross of Jesus Christ may we eternally dwell in the matchless glory of Heaven...Grace!
