Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful individuals with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent. Luke 9 expresses to us that Jesus was walking down death row, toward an awaiting disaster. This path was not for the weak, it was only for the strong, the rugged, the hearty, the determined. We must never quit because of the opposition of the enemy. He will not rest so you may as well not rest either. Keep working, keep punching, keep bobbing, keep fighting, go for one more round. Look upward. Be positive and be optimistic and determined in your journey to Jerusalem. because after Jerusalem is a resurrection, an ascension, and a heaven.
