Nothing like a goodol heel to the head or body! Much respect for my Kyokishinkai brothers! Osu!! Oh, and no pads! Reminds me of how we trained under Hanshi Tyrone Sheriff,...this would be a typical class with myself, Sensei Vincent, Sensei Sean Muhammad, et al. Then I would go home, soak in epsom salt, go to work and then back in class for some more, no pads and training on a concrete floor barefoot with no mats! Those were the good oldays in San Diego.
